Great location with a balcony overlooking the lifts. Comfortable bed and perfect kitchen. Stayed in the golf condos before but this location beats them all. Good rates in the off-season, although some restaurants had limited hours. General store had everything including fresh fruit. Spa was great and the hotel was clean with beautiful views. Plenty to do at the resort.

The spacious rooms were fantastic, offering plenty of room for our family. the clean bathrooms were a nice touch, and the staff provided excellent service. the location was perfect for ski enthusiasts, with ski in and out access right to the mountain lift. the personalized ski lessons for my daughter were incredibly helpful, and the instructors were professional and friendly. the convenience of the shuttle service made it easy to explore the different areas of the resort. it was a great ski trip experience!
The ski lockers were a mess and didn't seem to work properly, so many guests opted to not use them at all. the breakfast options provided were the same every morning, which became a bit monotonous.

The location of the resort is great, with a variety of ski terrain and a water park for the kids. The Tramhaus Hotel offers comfortable beds and exceptional staff, like Ray O on reception/valet. The Golf & Mountain Cottages provide spacious and clean units, with the freedom to cook and clean as desired.
Some guests residing at the Cottages don't have access to all the facilities and amenities for free, requiring payment to use the pool services.

Great value for the money, with affordable prices and a wide range of kids activities and dining options. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with beautiful views of the mountain. The staff were mostly friendly and accommodating, and the shuttle driver was particularly helpful and went out of his way to assist tired visitors.
Breakfast choices could have been better, as there were limited options for food and a lack of fresh fruits.

This 1-bedroom Timberline condo was impressive! The spacious living room and new kitchen were standout features. The gas fireplace and radiant heat throughout added to the cozy feel. The king bed was comfortable and the unit was impeccably clean. The shuttle service was efficient and made getting around the resort stress-free. Skiing here was great, with something for every level. Plus, the washer and dryer in the unit were a major plus.
The restaurant options for dinner got a bit boring and seemed overpriced.

I had an amazing stay at a ski-in-ski-out condo at Jay Peak. The glades trails were fantastic, perfect for our family. The remote location ensured it wasn't crowded. The spacious room and kitchenette were a nice touch. I highly recommend this resort. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

A Great Place to Stay!
I had a fantastic time at Jay Peak Resort! The Tram Haus Lodge, where we stayed, was clean, new, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just steps away from the hill. The ski lockers were conveniently located as well. Alice's table in the lodge was excellent, and we also enjoyed the delicious wings and pizza at Dick's pizza. The general store was a budget-friendly option for subs, soup, and chili. The ski center itself was impressive, with investments in a cool-looking Tram and Water Park. The wait times for the Tram were reasonable, and the high-speed chairlift had negligible wait times. The ski center catered to all ability levels with many chairlift options. The hills were expertly groomed, making for an amazing skiing experience. The lazy river at the water park was a great place to relax after a day on the slopes. Jay Peak Resort provided excellent value for money, with the Canadian dollar accepted at par for 50% of lodging and skiing packages. The employees were accommodating, and the resort had a cool vibe. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a fantastic time. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, close to the ski slopes and easy access to the pool and water slides. the hotel room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities.
The pull out sofa in the room was really uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the hot tub was not well-maintained and had hair floating around, which was quite unpleasant.
